The Turnagain Bore Tide RFC was formed in 2014 and seeks to participate in various activities in order to promote rugby in Alaska and to better serve our community. As a new club, most of our activities to date have been primarily focused on rugby. However, we have embraced the family culture of rugby and you can frequently find members of our team out on the town together enjoying dinner, music, birthday parties, fitness activities, and the company of ruggers from other teams.
Our club is open to adult players of all races, ages, backgrounds, occupations, and skill levels. We do not discriminate and will take anyone who is willing to play and who also has a good attitude, team spirit, and heart. Good sportsmanship and an open mind is a must because we want every player to enjoy and learn from their experience with our team and our coach. Our wish is for you to become a part of our growing rugby family and the Alaska rugby community.
